What this disclaimer is
This Disclaimer applies to the website at dairydash.in, the application at dairydash.in/app, and all content, reports and documents they produce (the “Services”), operated by Dairy Dash. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions. Where the two differ, the Terms prevail.
Output follows input
Dairy Dash is a record-keeping and calculation tool. Round sheets, delivery logs, invoices, ledger balances and reports are generated from the data you and your staff enter. The product applies dated prices, pauses, holidays, discounts and payments faithfully — but it has no way of knowing whether a record is missing, late or wrong.

You remain responsible for verifying business-critical figures — especially month-end invoices and outstanding dues — before acting on them or sharing them with customers.
Not professional advice
Nothing in the Services — including invoices, ledgers, any figures on this website such as the savings calculator, or anything our support team says — constitutes accounting, tax, legal, financial or veterinary advice. Invoices generated by Dairy Dash are formatted for your customers; whether they satisfy GST or other statutory requirements for your business is for you and your accountant to confirm. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions that depend on such advice.
No warranties
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of:
- accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data, report or document;
- merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose;
- uninterrupted, secure or error-free operation;
- that defects will be corrected within any particular time.
Availability
The Services require an active internet connection and a modern desktop or tablet browser. Maintenance, upgrades, hosting-provider outages, network failures and events beyond our control can interrupt access. We work to keep interruptions rare and short, and to avoid planned maintenance on typical billing days, but we cannot guarantee availability at any given moment.
Early-access features
Features labelled “early access”, “beta” or similar — currently the Farm module (herd registry, milking records, animal health and treatment-withdrawal blocks) — are made available for evaluation. They may be incomplete, may change substantially without notice and may be withdrawn. Do not rely on early-access features as the sole record for anything you cannot afford to lose, and in particular verify any milk-withdrawal period against your veterinarian’s instructions rather than the software alone.

Sign-in uses Google; one-time codes travel over telecom networks; you may share invoices over WhatsApp, email or any channel you choose; this website may link to other sites. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.
About this website
- Screens, mockups and interactive demonstrations on this website illustrate how the product works. Names, numbers and customers shown in them are illustrative, not real customer data.
- Timings such as "month-end for 300 customers in minutes" describe typical use; your own results depend on your data, connection and hardware.
- The product is improved continuously; a screen you see here may differ in detail from the version you use.
- Pricing shown on this website is current at the effective date above and may change as described in the Terms.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dairy Dash and the people who build it are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from or related to the Services, including:
- use of, or inability to use, the Services;
- errors, omissions or delays in any data, report, invoice or document;
- business decisions taken in reliance on the Services;
- unauthorised access to or alteration of your data by third parties;
- loss of revenue, profit, goodwill, data or business interruption.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited as set out in the Terms and Conditions. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case they apply only to the extent permitted.
Changes to this disclaimer
We may revise this Disclaimer as the product evolves — for instance, when an early-access feature is released fully. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised Disclaimer.
