Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Dairy Dash (“Dairy Dash”, “we”, “us”). They cover the website at dairydash.in, the web application at dairydash.in/app and the support we provide (together, the “Services”).

By registering a dairy, signing in, or otherwise using the Services you accept these Terms. If you are doing so for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business, and “you” means the business as well. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Disclaimer form part of these Terms.

• You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract to register a dairy.
• Owners sign in with a Google account. Employees added by the owner sign in with Google or with a phone number and one-time code. Keep those credentials private; anything done under your sign-in is treated as done by you.
• Provide accurate registration details and keep them current. A dairy name, address or UPI ID that is wrong will be printed wrongly on your invoices.
• The owner controls who has access. Adding an employee gives that person access to the dairy's records according to their role; removing them revokes it.
• Tell us promptly at the address below if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

Use Dairy Dash for running a lawful dairy or milk-delivery business. You agree not to:

• Enter data about people you have no right to hold, or use the Services to harass, spam or deceive anyone.
• Probe, scan, overload or interfere with the Services, or try to access another dairy's data or our systems without authorisation.
• Copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, resell or build a competing product from the Services or any part of them.
• Upload malicious code or content that infringes someone else's rights or breaks the law.
• Share one sign-in between several people, or bypass any limit or security feature we apply.

Ownership

Everything you enter — customers, products, prices, subscriptions, delivery logs, payments, complaints and photos (“Your Data”) — belongs to you. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process, back up, display and transmit Your Data in order to provide and support the Services. We do not sell Your Data or use it for advertising.

Accuracy

Dairy Dash computes rounds, invoices and balances from what you enter. It applies dated prices, pauses, holidays and discounts exactly as recorded, but it cannot know when a record is wrong. You are responsible for the accuracy of Your Data and for reviewing invoices and ledger balances before relying on them or sending them to customers.

Your customers

You are responsible for having the right to record your customers’ names, phone numbers and addresses, and for honouring their requests about that information. We process it only on your behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Dairy Dash Core is currently offered free of charge during active rollout, with no credit card required. We may introduce paid plans, usage limits or a trial period in future. If we do:

• We will announce the pricing and the date it takes effect at least 30 days in advance, by email or inside the product.
• You will never be charged without agreeing to a plan first.
• Any tax that applies (such as GST) will be shown separately.
• If you choose not to move to a paid plan, you will be given a reasonable window to download your invoices and records.

• Dairy Dash needs an active internet connection and is designed for a desktop or tablet browser. It does not work offline.
• We aim to keep the Services available around the clock, but maintenance, upgrades, provider outages and events beyond our control can interrupt access. We will try to schedule planned maintenance away from typical month-end billing days and to give notice where practical.
• We improve the product continuously and may add, change or retire features. If we retire something you rely on, we will tell you in advance where reasonably possible.
• Features marked "early access" (such as the Farm module) may change substantially or be withdrawn.

The Services — software, design, text, mockups, logo and the “Dairy Dash” name — are owned by Dairy Dash or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Apart from Your Data, nothing in these Terms gives you ownership of any part of the Services. You may print round sheets and invoices generated for your dairy and use them freely in your business.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them to improve the product without any obligation to you.

Sign-in relies on Google, and one-time codes travel over telecom networks. Invoices you download may be shared by you over WhatsApp, email or any channel you choose. Those services are governed by their own terms and we are not responsible for their availability, content or handling of your data.

Except as expressly stated here, the Services are provided “as is” and all implied warranties are excluded to the extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dairy Dash is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss — including lost revenue, uncollected dues, lost data or business interruption — arising from the Services or these Terms. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in that period, or ₹5,000 if you paid nothing.

You agree to indemnify Dairy Dash against claims arising from Your Data, your customers, or your breach of these Terms or the law.

• You can stop using the Services at any time and ask us to close your dairy account by writing to the address below.
• We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, or if we are required to by law. Where reasonable we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right.
• On termination your right to use the Services ends. Sections on data ownership, intellectual property, liability and governing law survive.
• After closure we delete or anonymise Your Data as described in the Privacy Policy. Ask for a copy of your records before closing if you need one.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute that we cannot settle amicably — and we will always try that first — is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

• These Terms, with the policies they reference, are the entire agreement between you and Dairy Dash about the Services.
• If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
• Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
• You may not transfer this agreement to anyone else without our written consent; we may transfer it to a successor of our business.
• We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the current version; for material changes we will notify account holders in advance. Continuing to use the Services after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
